#GeneratePatientID

Generate Patient ID from hash of Patient Name and Birth Date, if there is no Patient ID in the received object. If there is also no value for Patient Name, the hash of the Study Instance UID is used to generate different Patient IDs for different studies in that case.
Use ### as placeholder for decimal hash value.
NONE = do not generate Patient IDs -> Media Creation will fail.

Default Value: DCMCDW-##########
