Hypersonic SQL
No additional software or drivers are necessary with the Hypersonic SQL (HSQL) dcm4chee distribution. Hypersonic is an embedded database that does not require installation. Keep in mind that you should not run Hypersonic in production! It is useful sometimes for testing and lightweight, temporary usage.

It appears that the Hypersonic SQL version still has a bug that prevents the complete installation. See forum topic from 2013

I tried version "dcm4chee-2.18.3-hsql" and got same error :
