Forward images recieved by StoreSCP service to other AETs based upon Called/Calling AET information contained in the requests. The images are sent to the target location using MoveSCP service. You can set the priority of issued move request, however under heavy load it may take considerable time before the request is actually processed, even if you use the HIGH priority setting.
